Sure there are!
All of the BoE (binds on equip) items can be given to another character or sold on trader.
But beware as those are packed in a lootboxes and you need to pray to the God of Randomness for those to drop
Mostly the Gilded kuth weapons and the legendary gems. Also some nice vanity stuff, pets and mounts.
Yeah I did buy some of the hoards. 20 to be exact and the best thing I got out of them was the blue silent legion hair dye…
Not really economical haha
