Singleplayer - Offline - Server Nudity Settings: None

I am using a character that existed prior to update 33. Prior to the update I could go into the Server settings and select Nudity: Partial. After the update I find that the Server Setting is forced to Nudity: None. Since Admin Rights were taken away from Solo-Players, how are we supposed to change that configuration? If I am playing my own game, I should have the ability to change that setting.

Admin rights were never taken away from Solo players. You click Make Me Admin and it gives you admin rights without a password in single player. As far as the nudity settings maybe try a new save with a new character? And see if it allows you to change it?
