I know this has been a bug for awhile, but on Siptah, it seemed to not be an issue, or at the least was WAY quieter then EL. After the recent update, the music has become much louder, to a point where even low level personal music can’t cover it even a little.
This is very hard on people with migraines or other sound sensitives as there’s no way to mitigate the sound. the bug though prevalent before, was never this loud, you only heard it on occasion vs 24/7.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

A few ways I can suggest to help replicate it would be to turn on sound equalization in windows 10 (voip became very quiet around a year ago for many of us, this is the only work around to be able to hear people) , and have a headset on. Even with the slider at 0, you can still hear the music.
It has been a well known issue for awhile, there has never been a way to truly turn off the music in Conan, on Siptah however it seemed to not be an issue (where it was in EL still), up until the recent patch.
Just an update, so far today the issue seems to have gone away again, unsure if there were hotfixes that could have fixed it, but so far I haven’t heard the music pop up today.
Edit: Hearing small bits at night, like the drums still, but it’s a lot quieter then it was initially after patch drop, still can’t fully turn it off though.
