I know it’s been reported before, but the spider boss in the back of Skittering Caverns has the tendency to back up into the wall. As you fight him, he retreats little by little. If you aren’t careful, he will disappear into the wall completely. I have had to run away from him to draw him away from the wall a couple of times so I could finish the kill. I have also had him just walk back into the wall and not come back for 15 minutes, at full health.
