Bug Description:
When casting Slow Fall, encumbrance is reduced by a significant amount. When the spell effect duration expires, encumbrance doesn’t return to normal, instead it increases from default by a significant amount (example: Default was 40%. Slow Fall reduced it to ~20%, spell ended and encumbrance increased to ~70%). The default encumbrance can be restored by equipping/unequipping a piece of carry-weight buff armor
