Small graphic settings revision

This revision offers the option to turn off shadows completely and maximizes anti-aliasing and anisotropy.
Disabling the shadow relieves the CPU enormously (Grants a huge FPS boost when there is a CPU bottleneck).
The other options increase the quality of Anti Aliasing and Anistropy with almost no additional workload.

Instruction.
Make a backup of the DefaultScalability.ini file.
Path: Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Config\DefaultScalability.ini
Copy the DefaultScalability.ini from this topic and overwrite the original.

Shadows can now be switched off in the option “GENERAL SHADOWS = Low”
Maximized anisotropy is available via the “TEXTURE QUALITY Ultra” setting.
Maximized anti-aliasing is available via the “ANTI-ALIASING x6” setting.
