Small updates take 1-2 hours to install while the ps4 Pro is doing nothing else. The download is fast but then the message “Busy copying” appears for 1-2 hours. It should take a few minutes.
Download and install update.
This is definitely not a bug on funcoms end. It’s been a thing with Sony for forever.
Basically your system is copying the entire game file and then integrating the patch before deleting the old one. Small game takes less time. Conan is not small.
Yeah this is not a bug mate. It’s the really old and outdated tech inside your machine. That’s a console issue that can only be nudged in the right direction by replacing your hard drive with an SSD. You will see some improvement after swapping out the drive. But that’s all.
Nothing to do with Old.
Just how they do it now, Its cut back on bad installs and updates.
