So I originally posted on May 24th about not receiving my code for the conan royal armor. Here in October and still not resolved. I’ve contacted Microsoft numerous times and they keep telling me to contact Funcom keeps saying contact Microsoft.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.buy game in preview phase
2.get told will recieve free content
3.not receive free content
4.contact companies multiple times and get nowhere

I’ve also decided to voice my thoughts with their support.

And now the support says to go back and call or live chat them…which is what led me here to the promotions and sales on the forum…lol
