so, I adjusted one of the arrays prior to obtaining the 2nd power cell. Now all three arrays are adjusted and the game counts 2 only as done.

Seems like a bug, or?

Also, seems I need to restart as there is no save game I could go back to.

solved over on steam - the arrays are marked adjusted at 95% though the game will count 96% only.

If you would like to discuss something like negligence, please do so in the subforum for the game it is about. Venting in other people’s threads does not help solve the issue, nor can they help solve the issue.

I ran into the same bug! Thought I’d lined everything up perfectly, but the game still counted only two arrays as adjusted. Turns out it’s super sensitive—95% isn’t enough, even if it looks aligned. I had to tweak each panel again slightly until it registered 96%. Would be great if there was a better visual indicator.
