Either from falling through the world or removing bracelet and summon and not being able to spawn at saved spawn bed, couldnt there be a way to send that gear back to your character? or is this another hotfix coming?

Have you tried recall from the circle of power? If your gear is sorcery related, that is the quickest way to get back in game. It’ll expire anyway.
Not really - otherwise dying will just be a transport system.
Remove bracelet- respawn where ever you want and get my stuff back.
I would never use a horse, teleport pads or any sorcery for that matter.

That doesn’t help if you were like me and lost it all after falling through while offline. It’s pretty disgusting honestly. It’s gotten to where I don’t even log out in my base currently.
I messed around with that bug, as I’m actually trying to repair and innovate. If everyone is on solid ground, even the static content, it doesn’t happen. As soon as I put a foundation down, I find the followers will fall only that much in depth, top-down. 
Let me know if this is a quasi-solution.
The summon was under the circle but that still should not be hapening
