People can’t get in most of the day. Nothing. People get no response for a weekend on the nemedian issue

What is there to look into?
Nothing in this Update should have messed with stability and a five year old can see that the update caused issues that were not identified/identifieable during beta testing.

Funcom released an update of an application, that caused considerable data loss for a significate number of their customers. Customers that grow more weary with each passing hour.
The way to go “forward” is a simple two-step process:

  • revert servers
  • go back to the drawing bord

If me and my colleagues would be working like that, we would be looking into job ad’s rather than the ‘issue’ by now.

Players have reported other Steam games having similar connection fails. That suggests this connection issue is wider than just a Steam-Funcom issue. Until Funcom can feedback on what they can find out or resolve, we have to wait. That some players are getting into games and into Conan Exiles means it is not a complete Fail, so that’s good - if it was complete lack of access, logic suggests more of an Update-related issue.

Chests and cabinets full of hard earned items are gone. Months of gameplay apparently wasted. T3 Building materials, potions, journey rewards, legendary items, everything. I’m beside myself. Please help.

Platform: PlayStation 5

Server Type: PvE & PVE-C
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: 3952 & All others I suspect

Bug Description:

Items lost stability on Nemedian Foundations and then disappear. All benches including bench thralls, and all chest’s become unstable and disappear. All my treasure gone - all my Obolus coins gone, all my spare fighters and bench warmers gone. It will take months to recover the loss. Also: DLC skins not showing – invisible. Elephants in the savanna are also invisible.
