So sometimes I will see star metal in the snow…equip my explosive arrows…blast it…and nothing…sits there on fire…never opens up for me to mine. This becomes an issue for me because now i just wasted explosive arrows…which require resources to make…specifically demon powder…which costs 50 steelfire each…
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
Try one arrow, max 2. If it doesn’t work with 2 arrows, the meteor is bugged. I have only ever found 1 bugged one and no amount of arrows would open it.
Some of them sit in ground abit to far, So explosive wont hit it just right. Try another angle. =3
Usually trying hit them at lowest point.
if you can’t break it after 2 or 3rd shot, I’d move on. Its almost always same ones to, so once your aware of them, you can avoid them or move on to others that do break.
Thing is they shouldnt do that at all. Its suppose to be you use some form of explosive and it breaks it open. Its technically a bug when it doesnt break open and just putting it out there so the devs can fix it.
I’ve tested thru this one, Theres certain ones that do not break inless you know were hit them.
Which is why I said to hit them at lower points. =3
Its been brought up a few times, Most of ores can be gotten if you try from another spot.
It was on treloo board.
I’m just pointing out there is a way, so when other people come looking thru thread, they dont lose hope.
