I have the game bought through Steam, and installed on my PC.
But every. single. time… I launch Steam, it thinks the Game is installed on the wrong Drive and says it needs a 75.69GB Update.
But it will not validate the files, and it will not update.
I try to have Steam “move” the install folder to the correct spot where the game is actually installed, and it says “you cant do that, the game needs an update!”
So all I can do, is force Steam to “uninstall” the game from where it “thinks” the Game is… and then completely re-install the Game into its correct location… at which point Steam then goes through the “Discovering existing Files!” phase… and then the Game is playable…
Until the next time… I launch Steam or exit the Game… and it reverts back to thinking its installed on a wrong Drive… and rinse, repeat from beginning of this post…
I have two seperate steam accounts, and two computers. every time I log out of my accounts and switch them between the computers for awhile, and then switch them back… one of the steam accounts gets confused and keeps looking for the game on the drive its installed on, on the other computer.
But I figured out I dont havwe to log out of that account, it can be logged onto both computers at the same time, and it doesnt get confused anymore.
