Still banned
Ban is lifted for me. No responses on ticket. Was just able to enter the game normally.
Seems that they are using some other way to unban people.
Unbanned finally. I am able to access the game in single player. Will check online…

still banned but the amount has changed from 19k to 8k… sent tickets under ‘dispute ban’ and ‘purchase issues’ tickets both with steam account link and proof of my last 5 purchases this year…
think my ban is gone…for the moment anyway lol 
It seems to work for me now, I logged in two times in a row.
The amount of coins was also OK.
My ticket hasn’t been processed yet but I was still able to log in. My crom coins are also correct. Apparently the problem has been solved for my account.
I’m un-banned finally. Still Angry and will withhold any future transactions until amends have been made. I know it’s just a game, but, Come On…Test Your Work!!!
I myself don’t want or need amends but some people do. Some earn on playing the game on various platforms . Loss of revenue is probably Real for them.

My ban is lifted! And i had to agree to data collection policy before i was allowed to enter game

I just got unbanned if you opened a ticket with zendisk and still have not heard back.
Try opening conan submit a Ban appeal from inside Conan. I got an email about a minute later stating they received the request and wanted steam ID i sent the steam id a screen shot of the error and a few minutes later I got an email from the rep stating the others from yesterday were consolidated in to one. and the account was unbanned.
No updates on tickets, but I am finally no longer banned as well.
When will the Exile Server going up then or have you quit the game
My ban is lifted. No notification. I answered my last own mail telling to close the ticket now.
