My Event Log shows that a player stole Iron and Steel Reinforcements, Explosive Arrows, Steel, Hardened Steel, Hardened Brick, Thick Leather, Alchemical Base, Steelfire, my Alchemist, and other things from my workshops inside my house on 7/1. There is no sign of breaking in to my house. I wasn’t logged in that day. If someone breaks into my house, wouldn’t that appear in the Event Log?

I also have encounter thing like this twice. But I understand how it happen because the base we were at is a popular spot for a pvp base so we robbed by the previous occupant that was log out inside.
First time it happen, they took the the stuff for altar and they got out using the maproom inside the base.
Second time, we rebuilding the base after the previous occupant base decayed and they log back inside and we didn’t lock the chest and only single layer to the outside.
Another way is by going under the mesh to invade the base hopefully it been patch out.
One time a clan try to go under the mesh near our base so I am guessing they are trying to invade by that way.

If your stations are too close, players cam access and loot open stations.

Thanks for the replies. My mistake was using frames with windows rather than walls. The player was able to access my workshops through the windows.
