Stop The Gumba Meta

Yep, I found it as well now.

This one basically gives you longer penis size, strength weapon damage multiplier, slower falling and triple jump.

If they don’t fix the oneshot from overenc, it will be even easier to perform goomba stomping, if they ever implement this.

I also checked the creation date of the uasset file: 03.09.2022 17:54

A minimalist approach could just be

Set the damage to 0

Or

Apply damage to target and attacker (both die… as they would with a bowel full of rocks falling from great distance)

I’d like to see double jump just changed thematically to Extended Leap where you double tap jump and get more height/length without an unnatural hitch in the air. Breaking gravity in any game bothers me…

Or make it a corrupted agility perk…

i did a quick mod, havent checked how popular it is. i rearranged perks to put beast and double jump as the max expertise choice. i need to see how th dls are going

I’m not sure how to read that graph… but would it be possible to make those dependent on each other? That’d give potions of endowment some added function.

Its not that easy to jump on a moving target.
Players using gumba, probably don’t complain here. Players who got killed by someone doing gumba, might think its easy to jump on moving target.
I tested that myself last night and I’m sure, if enemy knew what I was attempting to do, they could have easily stopped me.

how about make a mod helm call helm of spike … and make it where if gumba strat then kill the mario

This one and the followers one I don’t agree with. Nothing in a game is more boring and cheap imo than “rock paper scissors” fighting systems. I don’t need someone to spoon feed me a combat answer though I grant you this game has precious very few unique combinations to choose from in combat, but I fear that is by design to not lose win button “players”.

Thralls just need to looked at from the top down on what the heck they are in the game for. On official servers the A.I. /response time and performance is useless in pvp and this doubly so if they are not actively following you.

In guard mode (or whatever you want to call it) they are very easily juked and kited even with leashing. Or you can simply “gas” them , game over pets, or “creatively” use acid arrows on the thralls to remove the mask then gas them . Riveting “combat” there.

The rests sounds good though except I fear that lower clan size would just make them a tiny bit more careful and they would just make alliances with voice and fight as a group anyway. And no thralls to an experienced team is not an issue (ie. useful/ a threat) in a fight on either side.

not literal. There should be skill in using each that makes them a counter option. Not as simple as the name implies. Right now it is so low skill on the meta, it is a “quick draw” tyoe game, where first striker usualky wins because of stagger etc.

Agreed. Have to start somewhere also I suppose. The stagger crutch play does get stale fast.

One thing i noticed, is majority of damage is from the weapon stats, so much so that there is no pinishment for not putting points in Str and using a high damage str weapon. I personally believe instead of additive damge, tiered weapons should multiply the att point of thw choice. This way not putting points in str and running high agility means you do very little damage with str weapons. Just my opinion though :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

I’m rarely ever goomba’d. But it does happen.

Mostly by my clanmates and the odd battle.

But when you have a large fight happening, trying to keep comms up, being aware of your surroundings from kitted people, it can be hard to mitigate a goomba.

On top of it, they don’t need to be naked and the added element of transmogs makes even the best kitted meta players look like anything they want.

So the goomba can hide in all of the chaos.

Add in the bugs with it too… It’s ridiculous.
