Stuck in combat after blowing the 2 tree hearts at Garden of Jyko

I cleared the garden of jyko map, killed all the enemies and the 2 tree hearts, and combat is not ended.
The combat rounds start with “YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SPOTTED”. No red dots on the compass, only one orange, the jyko tree. Oh and I can save in this “combat mode” so I can send the save file for analysis.
Please help, what can I do to continue?

Hey Lala,

This should have ended the combat scenario and played the final cutscene. I’m not sure what could be the cause for this. Are you able to reload an old save and play the scenario again?
