But maybe we need it faster to level thralls now when they die off alot in purges to. To speed up the time on WOP was not somthing we neded, the leveling time is the problem.
Most of what is needed is to fix what is broken. There is a whole list of things that can be prioritized as “needed” such as a revamp to the entire raid system, the entire religion system. However, I would not really hold my breath on these things happening, or if they do then I would not hold my breath on them happening well. But, we can at least hope for things that are broken to be fixed, that is needed far more than anything the OP posted. 
Maybe ad a restbonus simular we have on the caracters in Age of Conan!
Whit throwing weppons they mostly use them as normal weppons and try to stab (and not ther real/good weppons they have spec when they have a 2H) whit and not trowing them as they supose to.
They wont fix the stuff thats broke, and you want to add more?
Well as you pointed out atleast half of the thing we ask for is more or less fix broken stuffs…
