I paid my subscription this month on 11/02/22 & I’m paid up until January, but Funcom still has me as FTP ingame. I’ve contacted customer support & filed a petition ingame, but no response yet… what do I do? Who can help?
Does it show payment as successful on the account page?
Absolutely! The payment has been approved & my membership is valid until 2023-01-01.
If it’s not premium after 30-60 minutes then unfortunately you have to wait for an email response.
