can you make the instance accessible with a mission, and put it on a timer? Just like the last halloween istance (or was it new years? the one that dropped a lot of treat pistols)
right now, it is tied to the desert rider boss, but he spawns kind of randomly depending on how many players are collecting gifts. It is hard to catch that in time for the instance access. especially if you dont play during the prime time, like myself.
