With the ORB of Nergal being able to alter the players appearance it only makes sense that you should be able to put your followers under the knife as well and alter their appearance. Getting tired of all my thralls looking so similar. Most male bearers are balding and creepy, most female bearers have long straight hair, Vulcan eyebrows and a stern look on their face… Problem gets worse with T4 thralls, if you nab a bunch of em, they all look the same.
TLDR: Make the Orb of Nergal able to change your current followers appearance please
