Support Ticket not being answered after about a month

I wrote a ticket on Oct 15 of this year but has not heard back after a month. My issue is that I made a new character, but only two of their weapons are unlocked. I’m a former player of the original The Secret Worlds and one of the perk of being a former player was that you get all of your weapons unlocked without having to pay mark of favors. I made a Dragon and Illuminati character a while back and they have all their weapon unlocked. Recently I decided to play the game again and made a new Templar character, but they only have two weapons unlocked. I got the clothes and mount you get for being a former TSW player, but not all my weapons are unlocked. My ticket number is Funcom Support #1239392. Anyone at Funcom could help me out? Thanks.

Unlocking all weapon pages when you claim your TSW Vanity on a Secret World Legends character is not a perk of being a legacy player per se, but is actually a perk of completing the Legacy Transfer, which was available to Legacy players shortly after Secret World Legends’ launch in 2017.

The Legacy Transfer transferred cosmetics and remaining game time, and completing the Legacy Transfer would open up two extra character slows and allow all characters on that account to unlock their Weapon Pages for free upon clicking Claim TSW Vanity on the Claim Window (/delivereditems).

The Legacy Transfer was a one-time process and was available for a few months. Then, after the Legacy Transfer closed, Funcom opened the Vanity Transfer on 21 September 2017 for all legacy accounts.

The Vanity Transfer transfers cosmetics, but will not grant you the weapon page unlocks. The Vanity Transfer is also one-time, but does not have a deadline at this time and is available even if a Legacy account already did their Legacy Transfer. In that sense, it was for some players referred to as their ‘second transfer’. Additionally, while the Vanity Transfer doesn’t transfer gametime, Grandmaster Members / Lifetime Members to TSW can still have their Lifetime subscription manually transferred to Secret World Legends as Lifetime Patronage if they submit a petition after initiating their Vanity Transfer.

If you did the Legacy Transfer, be sure your new character has claimed their TSW Vanity cosmetic by opening the Delivered Items / Claim windows by using the in-game chat command /delivereditems and then clicking the Claim TSW Vanity button that is present on the bottom of the claim window once your new character has reached Agartha for the first time!
