Testlive 3.0 mods

For those who want to test the game before it launches with mods and dont know how to do it its pretty simple when u are on your normal Conan launcher in the mods Page you gonna notice this:


Click on it and it going to open a folder where u find a modlist.txt
Inside that .txt file u going to notice the location where your mods are installed(the ones who are enabled)
ex: …\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\440900\880454836/Pippi.pak

Go that folder “\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\440…” and copy the .pak when u copy u can open the conan testlive launcher and to same step that u done with the normal one open the folder where u find the modlist.txt and then just paste the .pak inside that folder and voilà:

Addendum the use of mods in testlive may present unforeseen instabilities in the version without mod, so avoid reporting any error that appears after using any mod

Why intentionally use out of date mods in a test? All this accomplishes would be making bug reports that come from crashes invalid, as there’s external factors affecting them

Yes but it just raises more questions like why do any of this in the first place

its a choice, i saw people wanting to know if its possible to play testlive with mods, so i teaching how to do it and if they do that declassify any bugs/errors they find.

People want to start checking what crashes and what not. It is too early for such tests but some people wanted to also check what happens with Pippi tools post 3.0
