Testlive Patch (30.01.2019) - Further Balancing Passes and Bug Fixes

Hey folks! We have a new update to the Testlive Branch with a number of fixes and quality of life updates. We’ve added some new types of Purge, a new world boss, done several balancing passes on NPCs and crafting costs. Balancing is an ongoing process and we’re very interested to hear your feedback about these changes.
