600 Critigation and 300 Protection is what you will run most of the time with hate prot maneuver.
I would use t5 over arena.
Allo, Exile is optimal for aggro.
Arena is 2nd. 5% bonus to mit & prot is very nice.
T5 probably in 3rd.
