So me and my Clan mates are having some serious FPS Stutter that was supposed to be fixed but now it is back on? really unacceptable on GTX 1080 and I7 8th gen 16GB of ram, some times it drops below 40s, makes the game unplayable at this rate!

Is this happening while playing cooperative, private server or official server?
I noticed it last night as well on 1588. It wasn’t horrible but it was noticeable at times.

I keep a close eye on framerates, even though I am capped at 60 due to using a projector. With all due respect to the posters above, I have not noticed a difference post-patch from what it was pre-patch. I have a little stutter and it shows in the framerate dips, but have not noticed a change in frequency or magnitude.
As Hubris said, noticeable, but not horrible and to me, not inconsistent with every other online game I have played. The only difference is this occurs not only online (private), but also solo, which eliminates packet delays.
Unmodded private server with around 90 ms ping time max.

On Official last night, that was Raid Window #25 in a row. Last night was the first time I’ve had box lag, or step-stutter on this server. Step stutter is where your character is moving, then mini-teleports, about a half a step. Also, enemy NPC were teleporting during close combat, or when I first began to approach a village.

I’ve run into the step-stutter more than a few times. Almost very time I look into it, the root issue seems to be a lack of available resources on the host, or network latency. I have had it a couple of times when this wasn’t the case though, and have never been able to definitively narrow it down.
Just got new hardware for my server in today, so will be testing a lot after the upgrade.
