The game closes, after randomly time playing, and send this error:
The instruction at 0xfd981b54 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be written.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Log in Steam
  2. Run Game
  3. Playing…

I try Reinstall, GPU Drivers, Visual 2015, Direct X, And the error persists.

Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game files through the Steam client?

Have you fully excluded the game client from all antivirus and anti-malware programs? Overzealous security could be locking the thread for a scan.

Yes, I also did a clean installation

I do not have any antivirus or antispyware, nothing in ram

If you have Windows, you have Windows Defender, and it cannot be fully shut off.

Mine is a bit different…0xfcba1b54 …I run mods…this started happening about 2 days ago…I’ve verified my files a couple times …it didn’t give me the error again…but I got a black screen though I could hear music and sounds. That was yesterday. Today back to the error. I’m not very tech inclined but I did see a video that suggested from the CMD doing a sfc /scannow that supposedly would fix it…but mucking about in the cmd makes me a bit wiggy lol Any direction would be great…trying REALLY hard to NOT have to nuke my game…again ><

Is there a specific location where you was on the map when this happened.

Strange, saw now this error reported several times, with and without mods. So seems not been related.

What did you just before, hunting, building ? setting up stuff inworld ? Still same place, if yes/no where did it happen ?
