Watch it! You must stay close to this point, if you make more steps back he returns back and you have to do it all over again.
Apparently he is the only boss that deserves this…
Because in all the other combats you decide where to fight, not them. But in this combat your choices are minimized!
About the rng spawns you can do nothing about it. Even if they spawn they again are no challenge at all.
And the thunderfoot. This fight was a great mess so i left it to be the last one. We don’t only suffer invisible thunderfoot but invisible elephants in general. This chicken little s…t was going often to his minions and i had to fight his invisible minions too, but at the end…
It was a fight of eyeballs and hp bars. Zoom the photos and find his eyeballs!
For Bella it was time to leave exile lands once more, but like the giant says, this is just a dream, tomorrow she’ll wake up again in there
Let’s see how difficult Siptah can be! My highest goal in this island is a sort sword. In exile lands this piece of art is missing, but in Siptah the variety is big. Agility build again and help us Crom! @SpherisCore i know you’ll hate me for my rng because my very first legendary was the mushasi, but wholeheartedly i wish you the same luck.
But between katana and sort sword in this challenge, i prefer sort sword. It’s one handed weapon and allows you shield or torch. I started NW to have a javelin from Arnos camp, the rest is flowing water…
Before photos, in Siptah we have sigils, we are truly beasts.
But except the start that it was on my way anyway, my most basic sigil is the outsider one. It removes corruption slowly and it will help a lot. The market is far and hearts of hero here are rare, so this sigil was a priority for me. I hope i wont die and loose it.

I will take a break now, here is what remains:
• The Unnamed City
• Kurak’s Lair
• Shattered Springs’ Rotbranch
• Some RNG bosses like Ladagara, which I think I will just ignore to be honest
Like i said! Rng bosses are not challenge at all.
In this challenge i find more difficulty on kurak dungeon and volcano than all the others. The massive attack from minions is way more difficult than any boss exists in these lands.
Lagadara is nothing!
Finish them and come to Siptah, i need your wiki maps with the bosses. I don’t know Siptah like exile lands and these maps are useful for me now.
I killed him yesterday. But he is not a common jhil boss. He has the harpy feather attack and it ignores shield. Hopefully it got me on side and i left with 3hp. If i was in the middle of this attack i would be surely one shoted. This however brings a dilemma!
On grit build, we have 2 choices. The steel is handy for all the map bosses and progress but the shield is mandatory for harpies .
I see a great difficulty here there for i will leave the harpies for the end.
Shield Master will not work against the Degenerate Harpy Champion, it will eat your stamina super fast and one shot you after anyway
I think with the ×10 dmg multiplier, all the normal harpies will do the same to be honest XD
Go Steel Thewed, and learn to fight them without a shield!
The good thing is that none of them are immune to hitstun, so as long as you can keep hitting them you should be fine; but you have to be extremely careful when drawing aggro, because fighting more than one at a time is almost guaranteed death
I have done it in the past when @MarcosC asked me to do so. I went full sorcery, only sorcery gear and i defeat them with the hammer. But i thought that with shield will be a walk in the park.
Thanks for sharing experience and knowledge
Yup, that’s right @stelagel . You passed that test with flying colors.
When I read your topic I get tempted to jump in, but I’m playing Baldur’s Gate 3 and it’s a turn based rpg. It’s been years since I played one (on pc), so it took me a while to get into that mindset, but once I got used to it, all I can say is what an awesome game. Completely uncommon. You guys have to try it. The amount of details, hidden stories (whole big quests) you can find in the most unexpected places, the varied outcomes of many quests (some really crazy and dependent of actions you thought were tottaly unrelated) all scripted and voice acted, the depth and complexity of your original companoins, how all that blends in… guys, it’s amazing. What a game! But it’s not a sandbox game and definitely not adrenaline driven. So if I jump I to Conan, I fear I might get adicted to the adrenalibe jolts so fast that it will impact my bg3 experience negativey. I’ll come back, but right now I’m very much immersed on that game.
Once you guys decide to do a break on Conan, you gotta try it. @stelagel , it performs incredibly well on the PS5 and it takes advantage of the cool features of the console and the controllers. I already sank a few dozen hours in it and I’m yet to meet a single bug. It’s unbelievably polished for the console.
That said, I do miss CE’s women!
Kurak’s Lair, only taking the final screenshot because the phases don’t wait for me…
I truthfully hate the first phase, those spiders jump from super far, the sorcerer takes years to come down… I literally died a few times to the Invulnerable Blood Moon Beast that comes if you don’t do the dungeon within the time limit
This time, I checked with my torch timer how long it took every attempt for the first sorcerer to come down… On average, straight up 5mn
This dungeon is the one thing that killed me several times in this challenge, and simply because of unfair mechanics… It is sad that the only way devs have created difficulty in this game is through bugs or unfairness But anyway, after more tries than I would like to admit, here it is!
Conclusion: The only thing that really proved challenging was Kurak’s Lair, mostly due to the wonky first phase (but I found a way to do the whole thing safely)
Conclusion 2: I will have to tune things up for a really nigh-impossible challenge, because except Kurak, this was a walk in the park… Steel Thewed is definitely the perk that makes this so easy, we will see what happens without it
Probably . I spend over 15 minutes in this spot walking around and pressing the aim button waiting to be captured from something, like i did in exile lands for Yetis and all the other invisible creatures. Yet only a simple bear spawned that makes me wonder. Is it possible to be rng spawn?
I would check if I still had the devkit installed, but I don’t recall it being RNG
Anyways, to check if they’re invisible, here are two other Giant Bear spawn points:
Spiders are really vulnerable to sword attack that’s why i didn’t “feel” challenged in this part. Like i told you zombies troubled me. What weapon did you use?
True . But it’s fuuuuuun!
I don’t care how challenging it is, truly! Playing with you in here it’s all i need. I really wish more people understand the fun this thing has.
If i may add a conclusion 3 @SpherisCore!
Over 7.2 k hours in this game i am finally friend with shields. After this effort i find them awesome. It’s all on you buddy, thanks a million .
