I was playing on the official server 1991 on May 12, 2026, when the server went down. I waited for a few hours, but the server did not come back online. The next day, May 13, 2026, I still cannot log into the server, and a message appears saying “failed to retrieve suspension information.” I have already updated the game, but the problem remains the same. If I have been banned, I would like to know the reason.
I contacted Funcom support, but no one has responded to me
