Subject: Game Crashes After Intro Video on First Launch

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue when launching the game for the first time. The intro video plays, but after that, the game crashes, and I never reach the main menu.

System Specs:
• GPU: RTX 4060
• RAM: 32GB

I have already tried the following:
• Restarted my computer.
• Restarted Steam and ran it as administrator.
• Verified that Windows was up to date.
• Verified that my Nvidia driver was up to date.
• Verified game files through Steam.
• Uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it.
• Verified the game files again in Steam.

Do you need me to send the game log file? Please advise.

Are you perhaps using any mods in your game? If so, please make sure to uninstall them first.

Additionally, can you please share your log file with us?

You can find it by following:

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs
