Did you start with a Funcom account and convert it to a Steam account at any point in the past? If so, you’re probably stuck. It’s a one-time, one-way process, unless you can convince customer service to help you out.

Hello. Try to click that “Steam Account” button under Account Information and see where it will take you otherwise you may have to install the game via Steam.
