Thrall disappeared after Logout

Server type: PvE-Conflict

Flawless Heavy geared Named Thrall disappeared after logout.
The thrall was set on follow. I didn’t set him on guard.
When I logged back in, 2 minutes after the thrall had disappeared.
I checked on event log, it says that the thrall had returned home.
I checked all my Bases, nothing.

I want the thrall back and the Flawless Heavy Aquilian gear too please.

When you first put the thrall out on the ground you are putting on Guard … this sets his “home” location.
Any time you lift him up and put him back down then this resets his Guard/home location to the place you put him down … so if you did this at any time whilst he was on follow then you have changed his home location … even if you put him back on follow later.

So to find your thrall you need to retrace your steps and figure out where you last lifted him off the ground and put him down. Maybe you did this to lift him out of your way or over an obstruction.
