Seriously?! We’ve been asking for a fix on multiple occasions for quite some time now.
Does that at least mean it’s on your radar, and will be fixed in the near future? (Like the pillows got fixed after a while.)
Or is that all we get?
Are they officially reduced to decorative items now?
If we would at least get some sort of response (besides “report received”) after so many times of reporting this, people wouldn’t have to report it again because we know what’s going on.
PLEASE Funcom! Fix it or at least tell us if it will be fixed or not.
The thrall pot is working just fine now. There is a fix everyone seems to have missed; and I did point out. I’m not running any pets on testlive so haven’t checked the feeder box.
They used to be in the category crafting stations/followers. If they would work i wouldn’t care though.
Edit: don’t know if FC changed that with the beginning of chapter 4 or if it was the hotfix.
But before they have definitely not been “decorative items”.
On PlayStation they don’t, restarted the server, hurt my followers.
They still don’t grab any food from the pots/boxes right next to them.
I’m doing further testing on this because my set thralls in my raidme base take food right out of the thrall pot. But the set thralls at my base don’t I was on testing this AM. Now I’m real curious what the difference is.
They used to take jerky out of the dryers.
Moved my thrall pot on live that wasn’t working; well dismantled it and rebuilt it, and now it’s working
Well spotted UNfun. Though I was not sure which menu they were listed in beforehand. But this revelation is certainly concerning.
You know what I am not usually this scathing when I provide feedback to Funcom, so apologies for my mannerism in advance. But here is the thing, this is not even a joke anymore we need a straight answer! So many people have been reporting this for well over 1 year now, and even more have upvoted threads pointing it out. Seriously is this trolling, vindictiveness, reports not being passed on, one of the most difficult fixes to date, something they have no intention to fix…!? My guess is as good as anyones at this point. And now to add insult to injury we get the JhebbelSag thrall pot on top. Which I would be delighted with if they actually worked. What is the logic here? You mean the first one doesn’t work; here have a second one which doesn’t work.
Over one year and counting. This is preposterous. Please just give the playerbase an answer one way or another so we can move on with our lives. End rant.

In Andy‘s hotfix announcement i already said this, why implement a new thrall pot if they don’t work anyway? Makes no sense.
They want us to grind, level thralls and do purges.
And of course we want too… basically.
If moving them to the decorative item section is their solution that’s a downright insult, no doubt.
Notice that the gibbet is also under the same Decorations tab now and it still has the same function as the lesser Wheel of Pain. Took me 15 minutes to find the gibbet after this change. I think this is just moving things around just to be moving them.
Maybe they hired the guy from Microsoft responsible for moving things in the Word menus from where they’d been for decades.
No it is still broken on Playstation. I have just retested them (yet again). They have been this way since at least the Age of Sorcey Chapter 2. Myself and goodness knows how many other members have been reporting this time and again, but still has not been remedied. Here is an image and an equation I devised not to antagonise, but more for a bit of fun with readers.
Perhaps some other members can check and verify my calculations for me so that we can ensure they are sound. Here goes:
no thrall names listed in the pot’s right side menu + no icons above thrall health bars + food not depleting when they are injured + no healing benefit when they get injured = Thrall Pots broken.
What do we think peoples, am I on to something here? And yep, the Pet Feed Box & Basin of Jhebbal Sag are broken on Playstation too.

Cupboard is in the Cabinets and Shelves section of Decorations rather than the Storage section
Hidden Doors (Bookcase and Wardrobe) are also in Cabinets and Shelves section of Decorations, rather than in Building Pieces.
Hidden Door: Carpet is in the Carpets section of Decorations, rather than in Building Pieces
Gibbet is in Companions in Decorations, rather than in Crafting Stations
Vanir Hearth is in Cooking in Decorations rather than Crafting Stations or even Fireplaces
Golem Workbench: Blood Crystal is in Golems in Decorations, rather than Crafting Stations
Convergence Trap is listed under Crafting Stations, Decorative, rather than being in the Decorations section.
Honourable mentions for the Clan Emblem Keg, as it is in the Emblems rather than Barrels section, the Ladder in the ladder section of Decorations rather than in Build Pieces, the impaled skulls being “Palisades”, and the Transportory stone is in Sorcery Decorations rather than with the Maproom in Special Build Pieces or with the rest of the Sorcery Crafting Stations.
So seriously, expecting rhyme and reason from the current sorting system is like expecting the next update to make the game better, or the next hotfix to solve all the instant death panels on Siptah.
Holy crap, i completely forgot about it but i noticed that with the golem workbench too.
But i didn’t check everything, mind blowing what an amount of nonsensical changes we find.

That is ok DeaconElie. I was not attempting to taunt or incite argument. More just a for the record thing. Then I couldnt help myself and went off on a tangent with some humor. And I shall have another in a moment.
Never really got into golems myself. Why, what has happened to the golem bench @UNfun, what is the matter.
In hour of the ongoing thrall pot debacle, I thought I would speak through song. Definately not my sort or music, but I do remember it. I hope a little humor can be garnered from it. And perhaps even a response on the issue as a whole.
The golem benches are found in the category workbenches/golems. The golem bench from the bazaar however is found under decorations/golems. Has its own category for… ehm… reasons
But i have to admit, overall i like the golems.
They could need some improvements for sure but they aren’t that bad either.
If their harvesting rate would get improved, and if the buffs from those lotus chest pieces would affect every player and follower in range (even while on guard mode), it would make them instantly much more useful.
If they would be immune to stagger and status effects like those undead legion warriors, that would also add to their defensive nature and compensate for their disposable nature.
However, now that @LostBrythunian mentioned all that i have to say a lot of stuff is in a different category now, and it mostly doesn’t make a lick of sense.
The teleportation stone isn’t in the category workbenches/sorcery anymore it also has its own category decorations/sorcery. The bar is also not to be found in the workbenches section it’s also to be found under decorations.
And of course I could go on, there is more and i‘m sure we will find more.
I don’t even know what to think or say.
