Bug Description:
I’ve noticed that no posts have recently popped up on the forum regarding thrall pots. Can we please finally fix thrall pots so we can use them? Same with the feed box.
No need to list out steps, just have a moderator log into the game and see that they don’t work. There used to be a listing on the right side of the screen that showed thralls that were eating from it. That list is gone.
This bug has been in the game for years, because quality is not a priority for Funcom. But you know what is? 45$ cosmetic bundles that are also bugged.
Yes it has, and I’m hoping we can keep this thread open long enough for them to acknowledge it. This would make base defense for both purges and PvP much more reliable.
Uh, maybe you haven’t noticed, but this has been resolved.
Just like Gibbets no longer complete the Place a Thrall in a Wheel Journey step because Gibbets, Feed Box, and Thrall Pot are now DECORATIVE items.
Just acknowledge how brilliant a solution that is and start playing the game the correct way and if you don’t like it, just wait, there will be a new correct way to play the game shortly.
I suspect it will consist of being rooted to one place and the only options available are Crom Coin and Bazaar purchases.
Ahahaha! A rather “healthy mix” of sarcasm and insulting Funcom… If only that counted as a solution instead of just noxious gas they deal with daily. Super helpful.
Anyways, still waiting for Funcom to acknowledge the issue as they were never noted in previous patch notes to have their feeding functionality removed.
You are right @Saicreed, it should be acknowledged beyond slapping a generic ‘report received’ sticker over it, or blatantly ignoring it and concerns raised around it. And fixing them should be a priority. But they simply do not give a damn.
The Thrall Pots and the Pet Feed Box have been broken since at least the Age of Sorcery Chapter 2 now. I have already made a multiple of reports and posts pointing this out to them over the course of time, and so have numerous other members. However, the fact they have been not working for so long now, and they do not even care enough to provide a straight answer, I have now consigned myself to them remaining broken permanently. I wish you good luck @Saicreed; I have been unable to get ANY answer thus far even though I have reached out, asked for and pleaded for one on a number of occasions.

Ok i may be wrong but i placed one the pther day ( 1 -3 days i forget exactly) when i wemt to check the food level it was all gone. Well i decided i needed to do some pruning of irrelevant thralls and when i wemt to take gear off them they had the food in their inventory. Not doubting what you say but mine works apparently. This is on siptah 8080 ps5
Try using a thrall pot to keep your followers alive during a purge vs putting food straight in their inventory. That’s when you realize how terribly broken thrall pots are.
