Bug Description:

Thralls get inside terrain and if you log out they’ll be there until they tele back “home”. The home might be a temporal place far away because you just were adventuring far away, or somewhere where it is hard to get to. To make it worse, you can only rescue him without gear. If you can’t keep them out of terrain, let us at least teleport them out with their gear.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Order follower to follow
2. Log out
3. Remember that you forgot to put your follower and horse to stand guard
4. Log back in to do it before they teleport to “home”
   5.Find your thrall inside terrain.
