Thrall Specialisation / Symbols

Good Morning,

I was wondering if named thralls come up with always the same specialisation (blue symbol) or if they can get any of them.

So far I found Maev (the Smith) and She-Who-Wears-Mens-Skin (armorer) each twice. Maev seems to always have a durability focus, She-Who seems to have armor bonus. Am I right or was that just a coincidence?

Their specializations are fixed, yes.

And Bladesmiths are Purge-only or can they be found somewhere?
