Thrall stuck in floor then died

Searched for and waited days for my Heath Plainswalker names bearer. Got him, took him to the bench, put heavy vanir armor on him, and next thing I know, he’s half way in the floor. Ran outside figuring he would just follow and unbug, started farming and waited for him to show up. Nothing. Checked log and he’s suddenly dead!!! I’m about done with this game. Had to switch to EU servers because the US server was so laggy, and I live in the US. One thing after another. This has really turned me off to this game. I just spent money on the season pass too and was about to buy more stuff. Game is becoming unplayable to me, and this is infuriating.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Play game
  2. Try not to lose your s**t when these bugs happen.
  3. Post on this forum and hope someone actually answers and fixes this.
  4. Find a new game if no one does anything to rectify this issue.

Was he standing guard at the time?
