T4 Thrall, carpenter, smelter, … where they are obtained, in 1000 chaos surge only fighters appear
I think they’re supposed to spawn in the high-end surges, yeah. But rarely. Perhaps too rare - I haven’t actually seen one myself, so can’t confirm if they DO spawn there at all.
