Thralls and pets do not regenerate health with no player in the cell

Per the title, when I leave a cell with thralls or pets at less than full health and return later, they are still not at full health. For their natural regeneration, I must remain close to them.

I note this (again) because it is consistent and not noted on Trello as far as I can find. There was also a recent thread that mentioned the ‘catch-up’ timer relating to crafting.

To replicate in either solo or online private, have thralls or pets fight an enemy that removes a portion of their health and immediately leave the area, either by porting or running. Remain outside (at least) their LOD for any period of time. No self-healing happens. The only increase in health happens when you are in ‘range’.

As an aside, I see Trello entries under “Patched Issues” that are tagged both “Patched to PC” and “Fixed Internally”. Confusing, but I noted that those cases did not include XBOX or PS4. Are these issues that have been fixed on the PC, but not the other platforms?
