Thralls being too weak

You’re wrong about being so weak just to make your thralls strong
Even with static 50% corruption and light armor I’m not getting killed when I get hit
I can sit in melee range and help attack when I feel like it and im not worried at all about being killed because perks in corrupted vitality and corrupted authority make you pretty tanky
I can’t imagine how much more tanky I could get if I wore heavy armor instead

Well if you don’t know that’s one thing… being unwilling to learn is another. No one can help you with that going on.

Healing arrows I found have almost no affect - they have been nerfed yet again in 3.0. I have three more videos with no healing arrows used where they do just fine. As for the poison arrows yes, they aren’t needed but why would I not fight off the purge… what, just watch the thralls do it all? You could - it wouldn’t make a difference but I like killing them too. I have a video where I didn’t use any poison arrows either and the new 3.0 thralls did just fine - no deaths and almost none of them even took much damage.

This one is looking forward to 4.7 when the thrall AI will rebel and become hostile if not given their favourite food on a regular basis.

Let me guess. You are playing pve only.

Let me guess. Someone told you 2.8 thralls were useful in PvP and you believed them?

I remember, when ppl were crying, thralls are to powerful. Poor funcom, every time somebody is unhappy. Me and mates are having strong thralls, with Authority we are trampling over anything in exiled lands. (Siptah felt easier for me)

They are not useless… what a nonsense

How much stam did u have pre 3.0?

They were useful in fights. Was many times I could have last hitted a player but a thrall came in the way and staggered me. I consider that as pretty useful. They could also close you in to a corner and you could pretty much do anything, happend several times

ppl complaining about thralls being weak in pvp are laughable.

PvP. Player versus Player. Not Player versus Pokemon master.

Well they are not even weak in pvp. Aside from that they belong to the game and also to pvp just like everything else

You were staggered by a thrall in PvP? Seriously??? Too funny!

Yup, as mentioned many times and shown in many videos they can now be MUCH stronger than they were before.

Don’t underestimate that stagger swagger

Sarcasm? But yes. Pretty common. Aint a problem tho

Its how many she used to have. She still kicked butt back then too.

I’ve not had any issues with thralls since 3.0. I have lost a few followers since then where I normally wouldn’t have. But in each case it was a mispull and me being foolish enough not to get out of the fight asap when 10 NPCs come running out.

I think many of you have issues because you don’t know how to pull. And how would you? Its not a role that has been present in MMORPGs or other games for the last 18 years. But it is present in Conan Exiles. And it is a skill you now need to learn in 3.0 to ensure you don’t get your thrall and yourself killed.

Edit: Just to point out with my personal anecdote above I had 0 in Authority.

To be fair, it’s Player vs Player, not Character vs Character.
The player is the person at the keyboard, not the character they make
This isn’t Hellish Quart or another dedicated dueling game.
The game has fortresses, slaves, tigers and sorcery.
Whatever is on the table plays and whatever wins is the best tactic.

That having been said, thralls tend run in the lower percentile of achievers at rock academy for scholastic development. So relying on them extensively in PvP is a curious hill to defend.
Then again, this one often does naked runs and only allows themselves gear taken from the enemy. So, it would be hypocritical to call someone else out in ice skating up hill.

You are a man of culture.

And not just the bacterial variety.

This one would have said Bushido Blade, but that probably would have been lost on the majority of the youth.

Besides, Kubold’s offering is also a cultural exploration of sorts regarding a very exciting time/place coupling.

190-ish(?)
I will check my current stmaina, but it is either less, or the weapons use more stamina, and only the daggers were mentioned to use more.
I did not see anything about reducing overall stamina pool/increased stamina usage for all weapons.
Ninja-nerfs, ja?

I had this feeling too. Stamina is kinda more of an issue now.
