Thralls falling into the ground

I know this has been posted a lot by people but we keep losing thralls. The one I was lvling so I rescued him and lost his good gear. Regeared him and the very next day he had fallen into the ground again and then today another thrall has fallen into the ground. Is there a fix in the works or can you implement something that pops them back up the server at server reset?
