So I set up a bar earlier today. Spawned in the barkeep. Patrons show up, some hire-able, most not. That’s okay. But the barkeep has no contacts available so far. Does that just take an inordinate amount of time to happen? I also spawned in Isscar and put him sitting at the bar and he has no shop nor any way for me to interact with him outside of a regular thrall. Is this ALSO broken or am I missing something?
After rescueing Iscar the Sellsword from a Purge cage, he can be hired from the barkeep. He’s currently the barkeep’s only (known) contact.
Wait… you rescue him from a Purge and THEN the barkeep will show him as a contact you can hire? That seems kind of strange but okay. I guess spawning him in doesn’t work then. Got it.
Also it seems the mercenary flags are broken and can’t be placed?
I tried on single player. I set up the barkeep waited one hour irl, went around the map riding, admin teleported. Still no people. Am I doing something wrong? Could it be my settings? I can never find meteors spawning in single player either.
He also keeps getting captured again for some reason… yet… he can be hired to show up to the bar as well. I smell a conspiracy. 
Sadly the bar is bugged as hell. My bartender stands a few space behind the bar.

The guy sells chemical weapons and mercenaries to an upsart warlord in some remote desert / jungle / swamp / volcano lair, who creates unregistered pharmaceuticals and straight-out drugs as well as weapons, murders people and sacrifices their body parts to a make-believe god and kills, maims and enslaves people on a daily basis.
People who deal with such scum tend to be risk-takers that consume too much drugs and alcohol and often get into trouble.
Except he’s both in my tavern AND in a cage during my purge at the same time… hmm…

You got to be in a clan… once you start your own clan or that they will show up right away
You have to be in a clan for them to start showing up… form your own clan by just giving it a name in clan tab under the invantory tab
