It is OUTRAGEOUS that we spend countless hours grinding through the garbage RNG perk dice roll system that has been created to finally get that 1/20 thrall that’s worth your time just to have them teleport into lava that you aren’t even near and die because they won’t teleport or run out of it. I can’t even believe this still happens after THIS LONG.

Well you can wait at least 6 more months for a change. They are currently busy with Siptah and bringing it to consoles.

Don’t followers ignore hazards when you don’t look in their direction or something?
The only “relative” fix to that is to have Thrall Master mod, which disables lava damage to companions.
