The three skull corrupted wolf that can be found in the Ruins of X’chotl on the Isle of Siptah only has 650 health, less than a normal wolff and a tenth of what a one skull corrupted wolf has.
Bug Reproduction:
Go to the Ruins of X’chotl, find the three skull corrupted wolf, and look at its health.
