Toggle for snapping hedge maze

I love that we can use the hedge maze to move anywhere we want, but PLEASE make a toggle to snap it to a floor grid. It’s ridiculously difficult, tedious, and frustrating to even make a proper hedge maze. It makes me not even wanna use it for that purpose.

Alternatively, I suggest an add on for anyone that bought it to have the ability to craft wall variants in the build menu, while keeping the individual walls also craftable as placeables.

Snapping would be great. Would also like it as a wall variant, the popups get annoying. Would actually love an option to turn popups off.

Good idea, but then it would have to be moved to the building interface.

None of the placeables have this option and in most of them it would be even worse like this (for example without the option to stack planters near to each other).

On the other hand, some placeables and stations have too little tolerance in matters of how close to any other obstacle you want to place them.

I would like to see more tolerance in this as well.

EDIT:
For example simple feeding box can’t be placed on one single foundation or ceiling, I can’t se why.

Also the maze pieces should have been wide as a foundation, not more or less like now. It’s really pain to try to combine corridors and endings, so it fits to your walls.

Definitely the maze needs a snap option. It’s a real pain setting it up properly without it. Some grass foundations would be nice too, as it’s nearly impossible to place it on the ground while keeping the edges aligned.

This one would have personally preferred if the hedge mazes were not placeable but instead part of the build hammer menu. Give them something of the placement protocol of a fence foundation, but with no snap point on top.

I’d honestly like both options. They look really nice lining a building sometimes. However, for the purpose of making a maze or using as walls, they’re pure garbage without a snap.
