Token failed during server transfer please help

We were going to transfer servers and everything was going well until I went to import my character and it said token failed. Then after trying again the option to import was gone completely

Ya the same thing happened to me 3 days ago. I was transferring to server 1035 had the token fail. Tried again and lost character and all my stuff. No option to import character after that.

Please follow the stated in the Official servers guidelines to submit a ticket. Make sure to select “Character transfer issues” as the reason type.
