I am not able to upgrade my tome any further. The button to upgrade the Tome at the bench is no longer there. I am missing spells. Specifically, the Elixir of Rebirth and others. I am not encumbered as i have seen that could be a problem.

this happen to me today aswell i lost all my spells and cant get them back someone name blue ranger said he was going to purge i can not do magic on my offical pve server today
Submit a Zendesk ticket and report them, they’ve hacked you.
Unfortunately at this time Funcom does not have a solution, you’ll have to remake your character.
