Anniversary is on and I decided to chill out and do some weird twinks again. I unfrozed 1 account w/o problem and other got stuck on PENDING (used same credit card, same data, there are money). So, now I got 1 account active and other is 8 days on PENDING

Thing is, I can NOT reactivate it or pay “more” since any new attempt is now FAILED while the first one is on PENDING.
It’s second time I have same issue on account (last year it was different acc, money taken and not reactivated, but I was able to pay 2nd time after 7 days, so no big deal).
At this moment I am unable to do anything
