So just come back from a break and payed for 12months to reactivate my frozen account,
and my account is still frozen, this happened abit back to me also but AndyB sorted it out for me, Funcom Support #1252286 just been onto the bank and it seems funcom and taken my money for the payment of 12months from thurs 5th june and my account is still frozen.
Had the same problem. I’d been paying directly from a credit card for years, but the past couple of years it would stick in “pending”. When I changed the payment to PayPal, it went through, and my account was active again. Best of luck!

I have the same problem, the money has been withdrawn from my bank account, and still frozen.

Had same issue, but today acc went ACTIVE after 5 days of stuck in pending.
At least 8 to 12 players complained about payment problems on the discord. We send them all to the petition route. Maybe its time to check what goes wrong. Allot of players are willing to pay, but it seems the money is not needed.
