Transfer failed. Do i acutally get help?

I just reported that my transfer failed. Now my question is: Do i actually get help after reporting it? What happened to people who reported it before? Because not that i have been recently attacked by a hacker, farming everything back to get a failed message while transporting is just hella frustrating.

Please follow the stated in the Official servers guidelines to submit a ticket. Make sure to select “Character transfer issues” as the reason type.
